THIS IS OUTRAGEAOUS!!!

About a bit more than a year ago we bought a vehicle through Pretoria North Toyota. When looking at the vehicle I explicitly told the sales person that I need a vehicle for my wife and kids that is safe and reliable but also affordable. He sold me a picasso which has given me endless problems. I was told the vehicle has a maintenance plan which it doesnt. The vehicle was advertised on floor for R69000 and was put through for finance for R81000. I have been asking for my contract and papers for over a year which I still havent received. The vehicle has a fault on it that they cant seem to fix which has cost me over R10000 already because when I wanted to take it back to them they said they have spent enough money on the car already they cant find the fault. This vehicle at the end of the day will cost me R126000 which is a JOKE, if I wanted a car for that price I sure as would have bought something worth it. I have tried to sort this with the dealer, but the sales person just comes back with clever answers and I am the one that ends up paying.
