Bad Workmanship, definitely don't know Opel

Suppose to be Opel Approved, I had no choice to keep my warranty I had to use this panelbeater. The panelbeater took an extra 5days to complete the work and kept delaying from their original date given, I received the vehicle and found small marks messes and things that kept them busy for an hour just to make it look good to my eye. returning home 170KM further my technician noticed 4 small dents, 2 dents on the brand new door they provided, 2 dents on the top near the roof, a bent rear window trimming top and bottom, damages to the left side door panel (NOT EVEN WORKED ON), all Chico had to say was please bring it back (170KM without toll-gate fees). I contacted outsurance my insurance (GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE), they handled me as a customer totally dissatisfied and then within no time paid the R5500 into my account to remove the dents locally and to purchase a complete back window that has non-serviceable trimmings on it, HELLO BENS HELLO!!! If I could find that out why could you not???
