I have been struggling with Citroen Hatfield for more than a month now.

First I had to have my car towed in due to a huge oil leak and a noise in the engine compartment. There following day I received my car back with the message that everything is fine. After driving a few kilometers the noise started again. I took the car back to fix the problem. I battled 2 WEEKS to get proper feedback. When I ask to give me a call, they send an SMS, when I actually speak to them they have an attitude!! They only decided to "log a ticket" to head office after 2 weeks, because they don't know what is wrong. Then it took another week and a half before my car was finally ready for collection!! To top it all off, after receiving my car back, my one headlight is no longer working. I reported this on 5 Aug, its now 12 Aug and now I have to phone numerous times a day to find out when they plan on fixing it AND I STILL DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER!!!

All i''m getting from Citroen Hatfield is absolutely pathetic service and I'm fed up with it!!!
Thanks to this service (actually lack thereof) I will NEVER EVER buy a Citroen again and will warn anyone against making the same mistake that I did.
