Negligent service resulted in damage to my engine

I took my car to Eagle Corner for the annual vehicle service only to realise 3 months later that the service did not include top up of, or notification that my car did not have antifreeze.
The lack of antifreeze in my engine resulted in engine corrosion and consequently a water leak which caused my engine to overheat.
When i discussed the issue with the service manager (Sarel), he said that the service was performed in line with the standard procedure and there was nothing that he could do to assist me other than order the new engine head required as the leak could not be repaired.
When i enquired from another Ford service centre about whether or not a check is done on Antifreeze levels, they confirmed that this is included in the vehicle inspection and that I would be notified.
Whats worse is that when i declined to have the engine head replace at the time, the technician who put my engine back together did not do so with due consideration for my safety as a number of engine components were still loose when my car was returned to me.
I am very disappointed as this is not what i expect when i take my car to the Ford approved dealer for service.
