Autoworks
Does not return calls

I moved to cape town at the start of this year, so I needed a new place to service my car. Someone suggested Autoworks and I had my car serviced there middel of July. The service itself was ok, except that they couldn't acquire some of the parts. ( engine mountings) They said that these parts would need to be manufactured.

I needed the car back for a weekend trip, so I collected it and expected that Autoworks would inform me when I could return my car to have the parts replaced.

I've since phoned them a few times, and on the two occasions that someone answered my call I was told that they would need to find out about the parts and that they would return my call when they did. This never happened, and I feel frustrated because I don't want to drive around with bad parts and no-one comes back to me.
