RAV - OVERHEATING - HEAD GASKET BROKE TWICE BEFORE

I bought a RAV - from the outset I experienced overheating problems. My Monument Toyota dealership has been nothing but fantastic, They assisted me, When my car had about 60k KMS'S, these poeple tried to establish why the car was overheating - They installed a fan! Not standard to the car, A) WHy was this necessary in the first place? B) Now barely 40k km's and 18months later my head gasket is once again cracked. WHY is this happening? I am asked to pay R118k to fix all the stuff that has gone wrong. If I do who is to g'tee that the head gasket will not crack again. I need HEAD OFFICE To get involved and explain to me why a car with 100k km on it has a head gasket blown twice. SOMETHING REEKS OF FACTORTY DEFAULT. I am not going away so I need somebody to explain to me how this can happen, I am diligent with service water and oil. SO no negligence on my part. DO NOT REFER TO MONUMENT THEY CANNOT HELP. THEY WERE THE POOR SUCKER WHO TRIED TO ASSIST. First prize I pay for the parts you provide the labour free once you have told me why a fan was needed, ANd you give me a 50k km/3year g'tee on the parts. i am awaiting a response please.
