I am the owner of a 2011 Opel Astra J 1.6T (a vehicle which prior to the launch of the GTC AND OPC would of been considered the flagship vehicle of Opel). This vehicle is beautiful and I love sitting behind the wheel however I have been subjected to continuous problems with the vehicle, my car has gone in for some issue or the other approximately 7 times since last year August and on all of these occasions I was extremely unsatisfied with the Service given at Willaims Hunt Durban especially on the last occasion whereby, firstly the problem reported had not been completely addressed and secondly one of my tires was completely flat in which i now have to pay for the damages further more after the car went in the very next day further issues arose and a week later the battery had given up this seems far to of a close link to not be due to some sort of negligence by the staff.
besides for the incident above I have been threatened (by the service manager) with taking issues that I have raised to court, I find this disgusting and humorous it is very disingenuous as I am in the legal field and will glad proceed however is it the practice of this company to threaten their clients?
