Overcharged for fuel and bad service (Manager)

On 1 February 2013 I rented a Nissan Micra from the Windhoek branch. I was told to refuel prior to returning the vehicle. Not knowing that there were fuel stations at the airport as it was not clearly marked, I refueled in Windhoek city which is approx 40km from the international airport. I was charged an extra N$146 for approx 60km. A Nissan Micra has a fuel economy of 5, 2Lt per 100km! I tried to get the invoice out of the branch but to no avail. I have e-mailed and called and to date, I have not received a breakdown of the fuel charges or an invoice. Robin, the manager has a stinking attitude, lack of enthusiasm or need to assist a paying client. She repeatedly sighed on the phone, sounded annoyed with me and her tone came across as merely going through the motions. I was annoyed at her attitude and became angry, I told her to "drop the attitude" and she mentioned that I was rude. Her excuse for not attending to the matter was that she was on leave, however she could not give me the dates of her leave, she "had to get her leave form" before she could tell me. It was apparent that she was lying. Towards the end of the call, she remained quiet and refused to answer me. Unacceptable
