Discount service a dangerous rip off

I bought a Groupon for a major service at Kessel motors Wynberg, and took my car in on 15 January 2013; I got a quote of things that needed to be fixed including R728 for Wiper blades and R7500 for complete control arms. I told them to do the major service and a couple of minor fixes only. Afterwards I called the insurance company, as my vehicle had been in an accident a year earlier, and asked them to verify the items that Kessel motors had identified, as I felt they should repair them as part of the original claim. They had an independent suspension specialist check the vehicle and confirmed that the control arms did not need repairs. Now 3 months later, my badly worn fan belt breaks, which should have been replaced with the major service, and I now need to pay more money to have it fixed. I would like Kessel motors to explain this.
