On the 20 of March i took my car for a major service that cost me R8000.00, on sunday we were going to Johannesburg from Tzaneen, we got stuck in kranskop with my family. only to find that the oil in the car it was too old, basically on the service they didnt clean the tank, on monday when i phone Gareth about the incident he just laugh and told me that what does i want him to do and it is not his fault i probably did something to the car and he was very rude and told me it is none of his business, but by looking at the amount paid, it is not far as a customer and you dont expect that after a major service.
