Engen Petroleum
Fuel Attendant damaging company's good name!!!

Cars & Transport

My husband and I stopped at Zenex Garage in Jean Avenue Centurion to refuel and check oil/water etc. The attendant walked to the car with no motivation. My husband asked for R200 unleaded and while still talking (to ask him to check water and oil) the guy just walks away to the pump. My husband checked the water himself and the attendant just mumbled when asked to do something. When done my husband paid him and gave him a R2 for his trouble (not mandatory to tip!!!), the attendant Tshepo looked at the coin and with a attitute shoved the money back and said "i dont want your R2".

This is the worst service we have EVER received at a petrol station! The guy obviously does not want to work and he is just destroying the good name that comes with Excel Jean Avenue.

My husband spoke to Elvis inside the shop (Elvis is always a helpful star) and he asked Elvis to convey the message to management.

Tshepo is NOT someone you want working for your service station. We stop at Excel Jean Avenue frequently and we are always met by friendly staff but Tshepo has now destroyed my good faith in the garage.

The worst part is the staff usually get away with this attitude!
