Dear Sir/MAdam

Let me start by advising u that I only use BP garage because of my previous experience at your garage, today I had 2 use your garage opposite hyndai garage john voster because it wa closer 2 whr w celebrating heritage day. I went to fill up and the petrol attendant didn't even greet me, nevertheless I told him white kind o fuel I wanted gave him the cash and went back inside the car. He then went to the car that had parked next to mine and started washing their windscreen without uttering a word to me after more than 10 minutes I asked if he was done and he said i then asked why he didn't tell me and he said he thought i could see that he wasdone. I asked for his name and he said it's Protus when I asked for his surname he said he doesn't have a surname and they started giggling sarcastically with the other attendant i left without a slip. This is not acceptable temporary or permanent positions service delivery is mandatory!!!
