Disgusting service

On 20 January 2013, we went to Zenex Jean avenue, Cernturion. I see it is now part of the Engen group. From start, the attendant had a bad attitude. His name is Hosias. But we greeted and asked him to put in R100 of petrol. I then asked him if he could check the tire pressure of the spare wheel, The valve is under the boot, but comfortably reachable. Hy point blank refused and became even more rude. We called the manger who promised to sort it out. But I doubt anything will happen, as clearly the staff are in control here. I usually go out of my way to use Engen. This place I will recommend people go out of their way to avoid.
