Good Morning, 31 January 2014 at about 06:15 in the morning rushing to drop of my son at School, then rushing for 07:00 time at work, the ATM decided to consume my bank card at the Zenex garage, as i was I then called for help as the ATM was in Afrikaans, after asking for a manger to my surprise, all along the Manager is next to me and he is not acknowledging me or assisting all he did was to laugh as i was saying i don't understand what the ATM is saying as it is in Afrikaans, He never came to me only the petrol attended assisted me. Now, I don't have the Card to pay and the petrol is in my car, He told me to leave the car until I bring the R200.00. He was not willing to assist in any way, He said I wan to his money like the others. I was willing to any suggestion. He looked at me as if I planned the whole thing, lucky as i was trying to call my husband, I found his card in my bag, that is how i manged to pay this morning. If i didn't have my husbands card, I was expected to leave my BMW M-sport for 200.00 petrol then walk home due to a manager that is not will to assist or talk to me. I will never ever go there again or nay other Eugen garage.
