Dealer slow to settle trade car & provide refund

I decided to trade my fiesta in on a Hyundai i10 on the 13th May 2013, valuations were done and settlements and once all the paperwork was settled I traded the fiesta on the 25th May upon which a new settlement amount had to be raised as the old one had expired.

It was mentioned the fiesta would be settled by the 29th May, which as of the 7th June 2013 it has still not been done.

Likewise I am still awaiting a refund for the debited amount of R 4236.32.

I am now putting a stop to the Ford Credit Debt order as I can't afford to pay two cars of which one I don't own anymore at the end of June.

I feel Imperial Select has failed in its duty of care to provide me with the adequate service in resolving this matter timeously.

If the matter is not resolved I'll have no choice but to take matters to Imperial Head Office, the ombudsman and furthermore my attorney.
