VELOCITY MUST PAY

We bought an Audi A4 from Velocity Cars Athlone, Cape Town before Easter with the understanding that they would deliver the car to their Brixton branch that same week. On the expected day of arrival, I called the salesman, Junaid, and enquired where the car was. He gave me a story. This was his modus operandi every time I called him for that whole week. I then instructed him to cancel the deal.
On the 20th of April 2013 we discovered that Nedbank paid Velocity Cars for the Vehicle on 19 March 2013 already and nobody informed us of this. Yes, we applied for the funds but we never sanctioned it to be paid over to Velocity.
At the end of April Nedbank deducted the installment due to them.
We instructed our lawyers to issue a letter of demand which they have ignored to date. Nedbank will be making another deduction at the end of this month (May 2013) and still Velocity refuses to refund our money.
My wife has to use public transport amounting to R1000 per month just to get to work. We have a 7 month old baby and a 4 year old son whom we cannot take to school.
They have collected interest on that money twice already.
