Very Bad Customer Service

Last night 04/07/2013, Phoned scooters pizza at 17.25 and ordered two medium pizzas. Since I knew they deliver withing 40 minutes I waited patiently, at 18.30 I realised they still had not come, I decided to call them again to find out what the problem was. the guy I spoke to then told me that the driver had a problem with his bike and was on his way back to the shop and he apologised, I understood and asked what time they would be delivering and he told me in less than 15 minutes. so I went outside and waited and waited. no one called no one came and by that time it was 19.40, I kept on calling the shop and they kept on giving excuses until I got angry and told them they had inconvenienced me and they were not doing anything about it. my friends came over and still no pizza came until 20.35 when the driver called me to say he was at the gate, I went outside but no driver was there I asked him where he was and he said at my gate then he hung up. I called him back and he sounded so confused until he gave someone the phone and I spoke to the other guy who told me the driver was in Windsor west whereas I was in Windsor east, by the time he came I was so angry and I am not impressed at all
