No delivery on purchased jersey

I bought a DHL Stormers jersey online 2 days ago. As I went online earlier today to check the delivery status, I found to my amazement that it has changed to "delivered". However, it was nit delivered and I'm still waiting!!! This is unacceptable as I have paid for a product and I have not received it!
