I am disappointed by McCarthy, Arcadia. Ever since I bought my Corolla I service with them. Last I went to them to fix an alarm they couldn't tell me what is the problem and they wanted me to pay, which I refused. I took the car to PTA North Toyota and the alarm was fixed without me paying because the car is still under warranty. Now coming to, I gave realized that my Jumpers are missing and McCarthy Toyota, Arcadia must give me back my jumpers because I have only serviced with them and this car is always with me except only three occasions when it took it for service at their place. When I took my car to PTA North Toyota for service I took everything out and this means that McCarthy Toyota, Arcad? a is responsible. I trusted them too much but now I will never service at their place. I don't know what else is missing in that tools bag. I discovered that my jumpers were missing when my neighbor was borrowing them. Surely I can't drive a car even to service without my tools box, what if I have a problem before I get there. So I couldn't have taken out the tools box. Please McCarthy Toyota, Arcadia give me back my jumpers.
