Prize Payout Notice

I received a confirmation of a prize payout from Arcadia. All I had to do was to buy something and send my claim form in before a certain date. That I did. Now Arcadia states that my Prize claim number has gone into a draw. No where on this form does it state that the number will go into a draw. The form states that I am the official winner and they are ready to send the cheque.
It is disgraceful how Arcadia is using ambiguous terminology just to escape paying out the so called prizes.
I belief the Arcadia people have no conscious. They are only out to enrich themselves.
