Documents were handed in at Pretoria on the 20th February at a cost of R235.00 to be delivered to St Helena Bay, on the same day I handed in documents at Velddrif post office Counter to Door speed service, MY DOCUMENTS WERE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY AT 8H15.
But these jokers, is still delivering 5 working days late
