No Information just deductions

On the 7th of June 2013 my vehicle broke down in Jeffries Bay. I had to get back to the Strand so rented a Nissan Micra from Avis.
All was done through credit card and the woman there said I would be emailed a detailed invoice which would be in the region of R2000 to have the car from Friday evening till Monday morning.
We checked the car over in the bad evening light and I was made aware of the existing dents.
I drove the car back to Strand where I live. On the bright and shiny Monday morning the car was dropped off. The man receiving the car was very thorough and discovered two tiny dents which I had not seen before. The dents were so small they could only be seen from certain angles when the light caught them in the correct direction.
He said they would follow up and let me know. I was called a few days later and informed the car would have to go back to Avis Head office at CPT airport and have the marks removed. I would be emailed all the necessary details and invoices etc.

To date I have not received ANY emails from Avis, but however have had at least R5, 400 deducted off my account by Avis. I have no idea how 2 such tiny marks could have cost so much.
