FOB OFF URGENT REPAIR

I took my Audi in for an urgent repair to Audi N1 City Cape Town as it was shuddering badly. This is the same dealership I have used for the last 2 yrs to service my Audi. They put it on their diagnosis machine and gave me a report that they have cleared the problem and if it persists I must bring it back. The vehicle continued shuddering all the way home (app 50 km). I took off work the following day and took the car to Audi Somerset West. After having it for the entire day, I was given a report that the ignition coil had to be replaced.
I believe the guys at N1 City C/T had completely fobbed off a thorough inspection and could have caused further damage to the car. The problem should have been realised as was by S/West branch. This is shocking service from the dealership and one would expect more from an Audi dealership than the treatment I received. These vehicles do not come cheap!
Thank you to the S/West branch for being so efficient, the same cannot be said for the C/T dealership
