No copy of all signed paperwork

I received my Renault Sandero in April, I signed booklets of paperwork regarding the vehicle and my financial/banking details - then the delivery person - Andrich - realized that he only had one copy of all the paperwork with him, so he took my signed paperwork and left with it, PROMISING me that he would deliver my copies to my office the next day, as "he lives close-by anyway."

I have e-mailed him twice, I've e-mailed Lihande Sonnekus, (who was VERY responsive up until the point I took delivery of my car!)

I've left a message in the Client Portal 'Help Desk', I've called the Customer Care Line and spoke to a Debbie twice, she was going to 'track down Andrich'.

Well I've never had any feedback from any of them and am still driving a car around with no documentation to prove that its even mine! Shocking after-delivery customer care!
