Not all parts replaced on my car for the service

I took my opel corsa 1.6is 2000 model two weeks back for a major service, but they did not replcae all of my parts, like the fuel filter, electric report was not given to me, I dont even know what sort of spark plugs was put in, think they are using the cheap stuff, my car switches off now will driving.
