Waiting on refund promised

My vehicle was booked in at the panelbeater for repairs. My insurance company arranged a courtesy car with Europcar. When they delivered the courtesy car i handed over a deposit of R750.00 in cash to the driver. When i returned the car i was told that they will deduct the fuel that i used and refund me the balance. I should receive an amount in the region of just under R500.00. Its been more than 2 weeks now and im still waiting for my refund.
