Lisabank
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Cars & Transport

I bought a pre-owned car @ Lisabank Repossesed Cars Warehouse on the 1 July 2013... when I tested the car the brake pads werent really functioning well and there was a light hand brake bulb failure. I told them and they told me that they will fix everything and take it roadworthy. Was called to come fetch the car everything was sorted... within a week of driving the car, it had a battery failure, it could not start... went back to the dealer and the dealer was very rude ..told me to go to the nearest garage to get it sorted its not their problem. The car was R89 000 with R11 300 deposit. Within the same month of driving a car... the brake pads were completely finished both front and back and the same light hand brake bulb fault was there. Went back to them again thats where they were rude and didnt want to fix the car... the owner of the company could not even ask me what was my problem, he took his employees side and told me that those are the benefits of buying a second hand car. Until today they haven't helped me ..they say I must fix the car myself and mind you the car is still on warranty.
