Terrible Service Delivery

On Tuesday 6th August I called Autoworks Strand to book my BMW for repairs/replacement of the Radiator.
On Wednesday 7th August at 8.00 am I delivered the vehicle to the workshop for repairs. I was told they were fully booked, but after consulting with the Manager, Kevin I was assured the car would be repaired and ready for collection by 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 8th. At about 2.00 p.m. on Thursday I was contacted and told that the parts ordered had been received, but that one of the parts supplied was incorrect. I finally took delivery at 5.00 p.m. on Monday 12th August. I subsequently sent an email to Mr. Gunther Schmidt requesting a cash discount in lieu of my having been inconvenienced for an entire long weekend, having had to cancel my trip out of town at the last minute. The response I got from him was, in my opinion rather arrogant and I was informed in no uncertain terms that not only would I not be compensated but that he would recommend another company where I could take my vehicle in future.
