Given quote without anyone looking at ca

I had my car towed in to Autoworks in Strand on July 12.

During the next few days, I've been to by Autoworks staff that my car was taken for a test drive on 2 occasions (which was impossible due to the problem with my car). I was also told that my car was looked at (on several occasions), which was not true. I was given a quote to sign for parts to be replaced (dual mass flywheel & clutch kit). When my husband went through to query the price and to see the parts that was removed from the car, Kevin admitted that the car was never even looked at.

I am so disappointed and shocked in this lack of service and blatant that were told to me.
