APPALLING SERVICE ON LANDCRUISER 200 VX!!!

I purchased a Landcruiser 200 VX in 2011, my second Landcruiser and definetely my LAST!! The diesel pump is very noisy in a R970 000.00 vehicle and I was told to turn the radio up, as this is NORMAL??!!!
I have been requesting an annual FREE UPDATE since January 2012 on the "Gracenote" CDDB, in which Toyota SA published a Bulletin: ACC8/2010/2. The response from the dealer is: " We will come back to you once WE know what to do", similar to the response from Toyota Customer Care. The response from Toyota SA, after I mention that I don't even get a response when leaving a message is: "Yes Sir"!
Today, 13th August 2013, I asked the new Technical Advisor at a dealership in Pretoria to assist me with this update, and he replied that he was unaware of this, but that he would come back to me once he had contacted his superiors. It seems that Toyota personnel are very much short of training or just plain UNINFORMED!!!
I notice above that Toyota is a Company that does not respond... NO WONDER THEIR SERVICE IS APPALLING OR NON_EXISTENT!!!
