Refund of deposit

I pay a HOLDING deposit of R2500for a used car at Kia in weltevreden park, the sales man puts pressure on me to finalized finance. When the bank gets back to me and says the car is over valued. I cancel my purchase. That's when the problems started. I have to send them my ID and proof of res to get my money back which I sent on the 30/07. Then I don't hear anything from them. I go there last week, no the check isn't signed by the regional manager who I was told was there 1 week ago. It's 2 weeks later, now they don't answer my calls or emails. I don't understand why it takes this long to return a holding deposit.
