Electronic or Mechanical Fault

I bought the car on the 28th of March 2013 on the 2nd of april 2013 i took the car back complaining about a jerking motion when driving the car long distances. Since then i have been back and forth taking the car so that they can sort it out. The dealer say he took the car to VW but they could not fix it and to a friend in JHB but there was no proof (he could supply any even when i asked). i want to return the car as i feel the car has got bigger problems than what i foresee.
