Lost Parcel/no comunication

Very upset with the service i am receiving from time freight, my parcel was picked up in jhb on 07/08/2013 (supposed to receive it on 08/08/2013) when phoning the Witbank branch I was informed that one of my parcels is lost, but that they are busy investigating. I phoned jhb branch to try and find out what is going on, according to their records both parcels was received from the supplier and checked out to be send to Witbank branch, today I phoned both branches to try and locate my parcels same story jhb is investigating and Witbank says its lost I will have to submit a claim form witch could take more than a month to be settled. I find this very disturbing and phoned your, there my details was taken and was told a representative would contact me shortly half way thru the day and im still waiting for my call

my only alternative was to publish on hello peter maybe then I would get some kind of communication/support that is required to resolve this matter

please note that I will not settle for a claim form just to get my money/property back in more than a months time I used your service because I though you were professionals in your field clearly I was wrong FIX THIS!
