I bought in May 2013 a red Hyundai i20 demo from Brits Hyundai dealers.

I saw a few problems with the window tinting that was not right. There were scratches om the film. CJ Burger told me that they have problems with the persons that did the tinting for them.
When I told him that I am not very happy with it, he told me that I can fix it myself... I bought a bargain. Can you think for yourself the arrogance to tell me that.
I told him that I am not happy with that, but I will repair it in Klerksdorp and they must just pay me back.
I did so, it cost me R1300.01 to repair the film damage, including the window rubbers.

I emailed the invoices from Kia/Hyundai and from PG Glass through to them. I waited and waited and waited.
No payback!!!
Today they asked me to give proof of the payment of the window rubbers I bought from Kia Klerksdorp and of the work done at PG Glass. I refused because of the invoices they already have. They are throwing me a cold shoulder.
The service is very, very poor!!!
