Suntech Glass Tinting & Sandblasting
Bad attitude, bad workmanship, refusing to fix

I contacted Chez (I think he is the owner) before Christmas 2013 and asked whether he would be able to tint my windows at my home before the end of the year. He said no problem. Many excuses later, he eventually came on 06/01/2014 (only because I told him that I have decided to get someone else instead as I was tired of all the excuses already. He said he had cut the film already and is on his way). Once he left, I noticed some patchwork on my one window, I immediately notified him that I was not happy with one of my windows. He assured me that he will come fix it, after telling me all sorts of stories. Now, many other excuses later, he refuses to come and fix the window and told me that I paid him already and that he will have to charge me a call out fee to fix the window (eventhough he told me on the day he came to tint my windows that there is a 10 year guarantee on workmanship). He also sent me so many unprofessional/harassing messages this evening.
