Supply and Install Window Glass with Tinting Film

To whom it may concern

The window glass was installed and we were advised that the tinting film would be fitted later.
Now approximately three months later, numerous phone calls, and an e-mail to request the job to be completed, no response is forthcoming.
The phone calls are ignored and only when we call from a different number do we get a response, not that, that makes any difference as the promises and not kept.
