My car was taken in for service at car city in February 2011 we were called to come and fetch it but the car was still not moving after spending close to 60 000 on repairs. they have been saying that they still busy with the car so this morning I went there its just parked outside the manager is never there so always we have to speak to him over the phone. I do not understand what is taking them so long to fix. I need my car back. this particular has no customer care they do not care about how the client feels. they did not even bother to give us courtesy car.

please help
