Paid cellphone in their possesion since 2011

I have been quering this since 2011 still with no luck, they still have my phone and I settled my account and they don't care as I even made them aware of the cellphone they have but clearly they don't care as I paid for it. I returned the phone within 7 days which was the second phone giving the same problem. But they claim vodacom repairs says the phone is ok. I couldn't take the phone I know was not working properly since 2011 the issue is still not resolved. Am a very dissapointed customer I even told myself I better close the account and never ever buy anything from Foschini.
