I bought a car wit McCarthy Motors in 2010 and I took the shortfall cover. I
sold that car 2 years ago and last month when i was joining the MC
Emergency club, they picked up that Im still paying for that old car. I contacted the cancellation department which at first seemed like they were going to assist me speadily. I was asked to send proof that the car was traded in which I did. i even attached the contract from Audi Johannesburg (Braamfontein) where the car was traded in in July 2010.

I also gave the Trent Fenner (Bidvest FS) contact details of the Audi JHB person who assisted me in trading in the car. I was told that they wont deduct the premium for the month ending July 2013 but instead I will get my refund. To my surprise, I have not received the refund but instead they deducted the July premium. I really hate dealing with people who are not honest. im failing o understand what more must I do to cancel this policy and get my refund. funny thing is Im still a client with them on my new car but they cant seem to know or understand how to treat a client. No one contacts me or updates me as to what is the progress on the matter, I always have to call them and b told stories.
