Maintenance contract

I bought an used Audi and was given a maintenance contract with it. With the first service out of warrantee McCarthy responded that the maintenance contract included does not exist on their system. Audi Umhlanga said they will sort it and that I must service the vehicle in the meantime. They will refund me.
Service was done, documents submitted and I am still waiting. Beside the refund, I want the contract sorted so my next service is not an issue again.
