My Car not working like it should

I booked in my car at McCarthy Middelburg because i Think my Turbo on my Audi S3 broke or Failed because there was no power. I am still on extended warranty with MAXI COVER With McCarthy. They did not want to give me a courtesy car. I think this is bad service as it is a failure of audi Car that is still under warranty. I need to drive around and go to work, gym and this is my only transport. Now i can not do my day to day routines because McCarthy do not value me as customer. I am very disappointed in This Matter.
