Toyota Edenvale is now querying for hail damage

I traded my Hyandai Getz for a Toyota Etios. On the 20/12/2013 i received delivery at around 21:00 and my Hyandai getz was taken away by Lucian Jacobs. I also found out on the 20/12/2013 that money was added to my contract for licence and registration but i will have to go and sort this out myself and McCarthy will refund me the money. I was upset with that as Luican should have told me this but i said ok. On saturday the 04/01/2014 at 11:50 Lucian called and said there was problems with the Hyandai Getz the car that was traded in, they have a buyer and found out the car has hail damage. Durban doesnt really hail so im not sure where the hail damage came from. Then Lucian put a rude man on the phone from McCarthy who said i now have to pay in approximately R6000.00 for the hail damage. I said i dont have the money. He rudely told me "Theres no need to get excited now and that i will have to pay up once he gets a quote for the hail damages". I really dont have any money to pay for this. i dont understand why McCarthy didnt call me on the 21/12/2013 to query if there was any problems. I will be getting advise from Wendy Knowler - Consumer Watch regarding this matter.
