Still waiting for Oscar to pitch - pathetic!!!

During the move the following items were damaged:-2 Deep Freezers (dent & scratch)- Fridge (dent & scratch)- Bar Fridge (Dent & Scratch - King Size Bed & Base (covered in diesel)- Double Size Bed & Base (Covered in diesel)-Bedside Drawer -Dressing Table, base broken-Study Desk, top broken. I informed Neil & Oscar on the same day of the move of all the damaged goods, Oscar promised that he will come out to view the damaged furniture on Friday the 26th, I also asked why there was not enough blankets to cover all the furniture. Oscar advises that they are busy with a breakdown. Friday he called, & postponed to Sat, & still waiting for Oscar to pitch. Spoke to Marco on the30th, whom promised me he will sort it out. Oscar then sent an sms saying that it is 1st priority, he will view the damaged furniture after his breakdown - it's now more than 1 week later- apparently he is still working on this breakdown, or is it to slow down the process, for the insurance to reject the claim. This is pathetic service I will never recommend purple turtle to anyone!!!
If I do not hear anything within 24 hours, I will take further legal steps.
