Poor Customer Service from Internet Express

My business is dependant on a reliable online (for bookings) courier service. Booking on Internet Express is straightforward, but there is no follow up after the collection, and no way of tracking the delivery of my packages. Numerous emails to 'support' elicit no response as to the status of my packages.
Can anyone recommend an alternative, trusted online courier service?
