Terrible Service, shocking what a joke

I have had nothing but trouble since dealing with this DHL depot. I first needed documents collected from CA, USA, I gave all relevant details of person responsible in the USA, I got a call from who was annoyed stating I had giving incorrect details and they could not get hold of the person, I called while the contact number in USA with them holding on my mobile and got through, eventually they said it was a huge misunderstanding. Then I needed documents collected again from a well known hotel in Springfield, MA, USA. I was told that the person refused to sign, this was not true the person was off sick and the front desk was fully aware of DHL to collect the documents but DHL had no details of myself etc so the hotel refused to hand over the documents as they are important which I respect them for doing so. Anyway long story short, I am still waiting 2 weeks down the line for my couriered documents. I get a call today saying again they refuse to sign a waybill, funny because the hotel emailed me last night stating DHL still had NOT been to the hotel at all. I gave DHL my details and the details where to collect. WHAT more do you need. SORT yourself out, I needed this last week
