Order nr :1365874 Courier taking way too long

I just want to say ive been a customer of Takelot for quite some time now but im am very unhappy with the service of Mr Delivery Express. I told them its urgent and I need the parcel as its for my computer that is being used for my business. I placed the order 9:13am Thursday 12th of December its now Friday 13 December 6:39PM, I phoned them this morning and they told me the parcel is on its way, I mean please how long can it take?? I usually use Internet Express where I am guaranteed in getting my parcel the following morning. If I knew Takelot were going to be this slow I would have used another company and with Internet Express. I think anyway this the last time im making use of Takelot seems like telling them its urgent means nothing.
