Clutch Fairlure

After driving 400 km from Bfn to Jhb, whiles driving in Randburg my Audi A4, 2013 model with 9000'm on the clock just started loosing power. I pulled of the road and tried putting into first gear, the clutch pedal did not realese, I tried thie a few times and still got the same result. I phoned roadside assist which only arrived 6 hours after my first call. My car was taken to Audi Fourways, who inturn lost the car. Even though it was delivered to the premises. 2 Weeks after this incident Fourways phones me and informs me that I need to pay R28000 to get the car fix. The damage to the car is due to the way I drove the car. Never before have I ever had clutch issues. I started a process with Audi Sa the holding comp of the warrenty. This was to no avail.. Till this day my car is still at Fourway. The dealership have offered me a discount on the initial price but it is stillR26000. Audi clearly has a clutch issue but they do not want to admitte it. Their service stinks and I am going back to BMW.
