Ripped off once again

I really couldn't believe that history was repeating itself... this time left me so frustrated. I was driving to work where iv been newly appointed..it was the 1st of Jan..when I noticed that something was wrong with my car (audi a3 2011 model)..the rev count meter kept on swinging and the car felt like it was somehow loosing power..I'd accelarete and the speed was slow or remained the same..I stopped on the side of the road and that was it..I started the engine but the car wouldn't move at all..called audi assist and a tow truck came hastily..car was taken in for repairs... I was then told that the clutch once again was totally burnt and once again it was my fault and they demanded a fee of r23000 for the car to be repaired, as the warranty which I'm still under will not cover..I was extremely devasted as in the 1st incident I was made to pay for clutch repairs in a brand new car and again I still have to pay for the same problem and it hasn't been 2yrs... and they couldn't even care less about the implications of not havin a car... its now going to the 3rd week and I remain stranded without a car..its jus soo sad that I'm being made to pay for their factory faults... m done wit audi
