I had to pay R10 to print 2 b/w A4 pages

I went into that branch to print 2 pages from my memory stick. The lady helping me set a timer, despite the fact that I was not making use of the Internet. Their system was not reading my memory stick so by the time it actually did detect it so much time had been waisted and the lady insisted I pay R10, of which only R4 was for the actual prints. When I tried to voice my concern, she simply ignored me and moved on to the next client, which I feel was absolutely disrespectful.

My experience with other PostNets is that they take your memory stick, print for you and charge you for the pages you've printed and not for how long the person who did the printing spent on the computer. I feel that the branch in Clubview is not only in the business of ripping people off, but once they have your money, the staff's attitude leaves a lot to be desired. I have never set foot into another PostNet after that experience with one of the staff members.
