VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS

I took my niece whom is in her final year medical student to have a very important task printed and binded to the business round 13h00 due to the a time factor, I suggested we go there which was the closed to the Hopital where she is currently working.

To my dissapointment we were not greated on arrival and the one lady whom was working on the computer did not even look and was currently helping another client, the lady then looked in our direction and took the memory stick to do the necessary printing which was clearly asked that it be printed in black and white, she in turn starting printing the document and the other colleague mentioned that how could she continue with us wilst still being busy with the first customer and the remark she made towards the colleague was of such a nature that you could feel the tension between the two.

The printing was completed and not done all in black and white as asked for and paper was wasted.

When the cover was printed in a cardboard form, it had finger marks on which a Medical student can not present due to clinical reasons need I say more

When we left, my niece said that was terrible experience, will not recommend the place.
